WebThe 10.2.0.3.0 datapump doesn't know how to uncompress the dumpfile information. The compatible parameter is alot more important that your database version. If you exported from a db version 11.2 and your compatible was set to 10.2, then you would be able to import that 10.2 dumpfile on any database that had compatible set to 10.2 or higher.
